- Excellent Communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Excellent computer skills, i.e. Excel spreadsheets, Word documents etc.
- Ability to work independently
- Organizational skills a must
- Willingness to learn
- Construction, and billing knowledge a plus
- NYS Notary -would be helpful
