• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Excellent computer skills, i.e. Excel spreadsheets, Word documents etc.
• Ability to work independently
• Organizational skills a must
• Willingness to learn
• Construction, and billing knowledge a plus
• NYS Notary -would be helpful
