Job summary
Responsible, organized initiator to estimate projects and act as an assistant to the Office Manager.

Summary of essential job functions
For current projects:
 Look over drawings
 Understand tools and equipment required for project
 Completing project start-up paperwork
 Create, organize and prepare material list for projects
 Set up delivery location of equipment for projects
 Create submittal log for projects
 Prepare project submittals to be sent to engineer
 Maintain submittal books
 Maintain job timeline for projects
 Consult with foreman to review issues, deliveries, labor, scheduling, etc.
 Attend job meetings, if necessary
 List all vendors with equipment supplied in subcontractor/vendor log
 List all subcontractors and trade or work performed in subcontractor/vendor log
 Research projects to bid
 Prepare bid bond application

Minimum requirements
 Computer experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
 Plumbing/HVAC experience.
 Notary Public certification or be willing to attain this certification.
 Excellent phone skills.
