ROCHESTER, N.Y., June 1, 2022 — Kim Gaylord has been named president and CEO of The Builders Exchange of Rochester, the nonprofit organization announced today.
Gaylord, who has been serving as interim executive director, joined The Builders Exchange in 2016. She previously served as vice president of marketing and operations in charge of membership promotion and retention, marketing, social media and public relations. A membership retention campaign Gaylord developed and implemented for new members resulted in an 85% retention rate.
Before joining The Builders Exchange, Gaylord served as director of marketing and corporate communications at Finger Lakes Technologies Group Inc. A Webster, N.Y. resident, she holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and management from SUNY Brockport.
Kim Gaylord said, “I am excited about the opportunity to lead The Builders Exchange of Rochester and to work with the staff to further the organization’s growth in membership, partner collaboration and global recognition.
