JBX

Does your company have a rising star or two?

Sure you do. Let JBX help develop your high potential team members in a stimulating environment in which visionaries become leaders. JBX prepares the next generation of construction leaders through relationship and team building with like-minded up and coming industry leaders. JBX members share problems, develop solutions, and work collaboratively through educational and social programs that cultivate their natural talents and leadership potential. JBX’s calendar of events is designed to encourage JBX and Builders Exchange member interaction. Typical events include:

  • Educational/Leadership programs
  • Mixers
  • Local Project Reviews
  • Annual Golf Outing in support of the Mary Parkes Asthma Center

Good relationships equal better projects, and those relationships start early with the JBX. We’ve been known to settle change orders over beers and negotiate subcontracts over coffee.
