We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to keep our office running smoothly and efficiently. You will perform clerical and administrative functions to drive company success.

Responsibilities:
– Answering phones and greeting visitors
– Coordinate and schedule manpower for jobsites with Field Superintendent
– Writing purchase orders as needed
– Coordinating and tracking daily attendance of field manpower with Field Superintendent
– Sending FedEx and UPS as required
– Ordering of office supplies
– Collate and distribute daily mail
– Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, reports, and other correspondence
– Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
– Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical

Qualifications:
– Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
– Ability to prioritize and multitask
– Strong organizational skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, and outlook)
– Prior experience in QuickBooks is a plus
– Prior experience working in an accounting setting is a plus
