Electrical Division Manager

Building Services Group is looking for a licensed electrician to manager our electrical division.  The primary responsibilities will be to estimate, project management, and oversee labor to complete projects.

 

Personal Requirements:

Updated electrical license.

Looking for an energetic, outgoing individual that is self-motivated, a strong communicator, and a team player.

Computer estimating skills a plus.

 

Responsibilities:

Prepare estimates for electrical and fire alarm.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously from pre-construction to finish with a commitment to quality.

Ability to work and communicate with clients, project managers, and subcontractors.

Complete submittals and purchase materials.

Schedule and manage labor to complete projects on time.

Oversee that labor is working in a safe manner.

Schedule required inspections.

Track project and change orders.

Furnish closeout documents.

 

Requirements:

Knowledge of electrical codes and overall construction process.

Experience in commercial renovations and new builds.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

 

Wages:

Pay based upon experience.
